Intumescent Paint to Timber Surfaces

Thin film coating applied generally using airless spray to provide Class O and Class 1 spread of flame and up to 20 minutes of enhanced fire protection to a range of timber surfaces.

In an environmentally aware construction market where timber panels are being used to create sustainably sourced and rapidly erected buildings, we are able to apply a range of fire retardent coatings to provide a spread of flame resistance that meets with the requirements stipulated within building regulations.

The coatings we can provide can be provided with a clear finish to show the natural grain and finish of the timber or a coloured finish in most colours for the RAL range. Weare also able to offer our clients solutions for internal and external substrates.

As well as cross laminated timber (CLT) panels, we are able to coat a number of substrates including bamboo, chipboard, decorative laminates, furniture, plywood, MDF, melamine and more.
